Southern Oregon University Pre-College Youth Programs is an educational organization dedicated to providing enriching educational opportunities to children in grades K-12 and their families. For more than 35 years we have been reaching a broad audience of children, teachers, and parents throughout the Rogue Valley and nationwide, serving over 5000 children annually.

SBCE currently runs two summer programs for youth. Art in the Park hires local high school students to help run a six-week arts program for children in grades K-8 and Read on Wheels provides a bus that takes books to children's homes where they are given the opportunity to board the bus to either have a book read to them, or to read the book to the helper on board. Each child then receives a book to keep.

We are dedicated to preserving and teaching folk traditions on Oregon's South Coast by providing year-round opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. We offer contra dancing, international folk dancing and morris dancing; sing-alongs, a folk orchestra, concerts, workshops and the South Coast Celtic Fest.

The South Salem Saxons Education Foundation, also known as the Saxon Foundation, supports academic engagement and achievement in the classroom and in extracurricular programs at South Salem High School in Salem Oregon (SSHS). Through advocacy and the raising and distribution of funds, the foundation enriches the academic environment at SSHS.

South Umpqua Historical Society, Inc. was organized in 969 in order to establish a museum in Canyonville, Oregon. The Pioneer/Indian Museum opened in 1982 with historical exhibits of pioneer and Indian artifacts. Its mission is to educate all ages of people ab out the history of southern Douglas County so it can be passed on to future generations.

To preserve and interpret Southern Oregon railroad history and historical artifacts for the education and enjoyment of current and future generations through a museum and operating equipment.

Our Mission: Celebrate the diversity of human experience through the art of independent film: enriching, educating, and inspiring all audiences. The Southern Oregon Film Society (SOFS), presents the nationally acclaimed five-day Ashland Independent Film Festival (AIFF) with 19,000+ tickets distributed, 110 documentaries, features, shorts, and student films presented at 8 venues, almost all within walking distance of downtown. Festival includes numerous Q&A sessions with filmmakers.

We are a non-profit Oregon membership Corporation, supporting artists and the arts in Southern Oregon. We maintain a co-op Gallery and Art Center in Kerby, Oregon and have members from throughout Southern Oregon. We produce educational events for the general public and exhibit members' work in our gallery, mounting new exhibits each quarter. Our cameras, computers, printers and projection media support artists' creative and business activities as well as our educational programs.

Established in 1946, the Southern Oregon Historical Society’s mission is to make history come alive by collecting, preserving and sharing the stories and artifacts of our common heritage. SOHS cares for the largest artifact collection and archival repository in the state focused entirely on documenting the human experience in the Southern Oregon region. Also managed by SOHS is Hanley Farm, a 37-acre historic property that provides a look at more than a century of Rogue Valley agricultural life.

Founded in 1989, The Southern Oregon Music Festival (SOMF) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating, fostering, sponsoring, and developing the understanding, taste and love of traditional jazz and period contemporary music through youth education programs and an annual Festival. Youth music education includes Outreach to area elementary & middle schools and Instrument Donation and Instruction to disadvantaged and at-risk students

Southern Oregon is one of the last areas in the country to receive public television, with SOPTV's initial broadcast on January 18, 1977. The Medford-Klamath Falls broadcast market is one of the smallest in the country, and our station is one of the few in the U.S. to be truly community-owned — not tied to a state government or college. SOPTV strives and perseveres to provide local content focusing on these key pillars: Community, Citizenship, Youth/Education, Health, and Arts.

The mission of the Southern Wasco County Library Foundation is to financially support the physical, operational, and programmatic facilities/needs of the Southern Wasco County Library.

Our mission is to support the instrumental music and dance programs of Southridge High School. Students perform varied literature and study technique, musicianship, history, and composition. Our ensembles strive for excellence. High academic and performance standards are set for students. We challenge students to reach beyond their current abilities to grow both personally and musically. Our goal is that students receive a rewarding, enriching, and aesthetic experience through music and dance.

The purpose of the corporation is to promote and establish beneficial relationships with the community which will provide support for the Springfield Public Library Foundation, Oregon, its branches and its successors.

Old St. Peter's Landmark is an historic former Catholic church located in downtown The Dalles, Oregon. This magnificent building features Povey stained glass, a Kilgen pipe organ, Carrara marble and a 176-foot steeple topped by a 6 ft. rooster weathervane. Saved by civic-minded citizens from destruction in the early 1970s, it is open for visitors. Admission is free.

The St. Paul Rodeo Foundation was created as a 501-c-3 non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the Heritage of the Old West and the pioneers of the St. Paul, Oregon area who started the annual 4th of July St. Paul Rodeo. Contributions provide scholarships to local youth and support the St. Paul Rodeo Hall of Fame and restoration of the historic St. Paul Rodeo Stadium as well as other worthy projects.

Staged! produces contemporary musicals, and empowers young people by providing quality training and opportunities in the arts. Since 2005, we have reached over 15,000 audience members and over 2,000 young artists. From our acclaimed year-long Conservatory Program to fully staged professional productions, we provide a home for emerging theatre artists to grow while engaging the community with surround programming and events focusing on social, historical, and scientific aspects of our shows.

STAGES Performing Arts Youth Academy nurtures artistic, intellectual and character development of youth and young adults through an educational theatre arts program that develops confidence, respect, cooperation and creative critical thinking.

Our mission is to bring classical music to the Tualatin Valley community at a low cost, and to give qualified community members of all ages and backgrounds an opportunity to play classical music. The Tualatin Valley Symphony (formerly known as the Starlight Symphony) was formed in 2007 and performs at Tualatin Presbyterian Church, 9230 SW Siletz Drive, Tualatin, Oregon

Street Books is a bicycle-powered mobile library serving people who live outside and at the margins in Portland, Oregon. Since 2011, we have strived to empower people on the streets through access to literature and reading glasses. We also work to create a community of support for people living outside through a shared love of books. Street Books operates summer bicycle shifts (June-October each year) and a fall/winter season (November-May) from our headquarters at the St. Francis Park apartments in southeast Portland. We host a letter-writing club, reading hours and book discussions. We also fill requests for patrons who are in search of specific titles. We believe in the power of creating a strong and vital culture, rooted in literature and conversation, for all of the residents of Portland, no matter where they live.

MISSION Stumptown Stages is dedicated to presenting quality musical theatre opportunities for a wide and diverse audience of musical-theatre lovers. Stumptown Stages is a not-for-profit musical theatre company in residence at the Portland'5 Centers for the Arts. Since 2005, Stumptown Stages has presented fully staged professional musicals for Portland audiences.

The Sunriver Music Festival is committed to expanding the audience for classical music by nurturing the next generation of artistic talent and presenting a world-class musical experience for Central Oregon residents and visitors. We offer an abundant summer festival featuring musicians handpicked from the most prestigious orchestras as well as uniquely intimate Fireside Series concerts throughout the year and music scholarship and education programs.

The Foundation shall engage in activities which promote fundraising in the community, including, but not limited to, conducting annual mailing solicitations, applying for grants, planning special events, encouraging planned giving, and cultivating major gifts. c) The Foundation shall promote public interest and appreciation for reading, education, culture and fine arts among adults and children of the community in the Sutherlin C. Giles Hunt Memorial Library (“Library”) facilities owned and maintained by the City of Sutherlin.

Swing Shift Jazz Orchestra is committed to providing a high quality, accurate vehicle for sharing big band jazz music with our players, peers, and community. We will participate in and support concerts, festivals, workshops and educational activities that showcase the diverse styles and genres of big band jazz.

Synth Library Portland is a collectively run arts organization that supports a diverse community of artists, centering access for marginalized folks to experiment, learn, and participate.

Talent Maker City is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Talent, Oregon working to build a more connected, more prosperous community through hands-on creativity and STEAM-based learning.

Tavern Books is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit poetry publisher that exists to print, promote, and preserve works of literary vision, to foster a climate of cultural preservation, and to disseminate books in a way that benefits the reading public. The Tavern Books editorial vision focuses on reviving out-of-print poetry books, championing new works of literary vision by young female poets, and publishing poetry in translation from around the world.

Ten Fifteen Productions is a non-profit theater dedicated to enriching the arts in Astoria, Oregon and the surrounding area through theatre, creative education, and community events.

The Aspire Project provides affordable access to dance programs and fitness classes for all ages, as well as a youth-oriented academic lab. The organization strives to enable families to believe that they can become whatever they aspire to be.

The Beat Goes On is an international award-winning all-adult marching band committed to delighting Northwest and National audiences while reliving the best parts of the marching band experiences that we fondly remember. The band is renowned for its upbeat attitude, feel-good musical selections, and emphasis on audience interaction. Though its musical tastes are eclectic, TBGO features a high-energy, brassy, rock and roll style that's more likely to play Bruno Mars than John Philip Sousa!

The Blueprint Foundation aims to eliminate the opportunity gap for Black youth within the Portland Metropolitan Area. This is accomplished by engaging youth in culturally specific experiences that introduce them to, and prepare them for, family sustaining careers in disciplines where Black-identified individuals are underrepresented. Primary activities: Pyramid mentoring, project-based learning, culturally sustaining workforce development, civic engagement and environmental stewardship

Brookings Harbor Friends of Music, a non-profit organization, promotes interest in musical expression and enhances the cultural climate of the region by presenting classical music programs and promoting other musical genres throughout the year. We encourage, guide and provide tools to novice, student, and under-privileged community members to participate in a variety of performing arts activities by making educational, out-reach and scholarship opportunities available.

For children in poverty, one of the biggest obstacles to literacy development is the scarcity of books in the home. The Children's Book Bank fills children's homes and lives with beautiful community donated books, giving at-risk children the chance to develop the reading skills they need to become future readers, learners, and citizens.

THE CIRCUS PROJECT transcends social barriers + inspires personal transformation through circus arts. We relentlessly pursue artistic excellence through: maintaining a world-class performance troupe of professional circus artists; offering classes to students of all ages and abilities; working with homeless and at-risk youth to build self-esteem and a sense of purpose.

The Dreaming Zebra Foundation is a (501)(c)(3) charity providing support so that children and young adults are given an equal opportunity to explore and develop their creativity in the arts.

The Driftwood Library Foundation is an independent organization dedicated to developing financial resources in support of the Driftwood Public Library. It is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation separate from, and independent of, city government. Financial support from the Foundation provides special gifts and programs to enhance Library services.

Englewood Forest Festival celebrates the talents of Northeast Salem neighborhood artists, craftspeople, small business owners and musicians. We hold a community celebration the second Saturday in August where we reconnect with friends and neighbors and support each other in our beautiful Englewood Forest. Englewood Park is located at 1260 19th St NE in the heart of our neighborhood, perfect for an August day.

Mission FLIP is a children’s museum that brings kids and families together to learn and connect with one another through play. Vision The FLIP Museum will create an innovative and inclusive space for diverse communities to foster meaningful connections and advance equity in learning for children.
